- PG Students will have to submit a no-objection letter from HOD-Head of the Department/Institute

- For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to the availability.
- Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate.
- Entry of the Associate Delegate may be restricted to certain areas at the venue of the Event
- 03% Bank charges will be applicable for registration
- Please provide your OPAI membership number if applicable
- Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays /failure of deliver by post or failure of electronic communication

|Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations request should be made in writing and sent to OPAI-2023 Secretariat - email@example.com & firstname.lastname@example.org
- Cancellations request received till 31st August 2023 will be entitled for only 75% refund of the registration amount paid.
- Cancellations request received during from 01st Sep to 30th September 2023 will be entitled for only 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
- No refund for cancellations request made after 01st October 2023.
- The refund process will begin only 10 days after the completion of the conference.
